A Basic Granola

A basic Granola-

4 C gluten free rolled oats- not quick
8 T unrefined Coconut Oil
1/2 – 3/4 C honey
pinch salt
1 t pumpkin pie spice

Optional: Raw nuts, dried fruit, milled flaxseed

Heat oil and honey over low heat until combined. Mix oats, salt, and spice. Pour honey mixture over oats and mix. Cook at 250 stirring every ten minutes. It is done when it smells fragrant and is golden brown. It will take about 30 minutes.

Mix in raw nuts, flax seed,  and dried fruit.
