October Feature: Let Them Help

For the month of October some bloggy friends and I will be featuring Little Ones. So excited to bring you wonderful content from wonderful bloggers about “Littles” and raising them this month.

It is important to have children, even young ones, help around the house. I know I have talked about it here, and try to involve my kids in many areas. Though sometimes I am better times  at it then others.

Well, Justyn from Creative Christian Mama has a wonderful post on just that. Actually it is part of a series. She shares the importance of it, and practical tips to get it done. I am always inspired by Justyn’s post, and I am sure you will be to.

Head on over and read it.

  1. adorable pics! my little guy is 2, but he helps me around the house! He puts his diapers away after I wash them, and helps unload the dishwasher. he hands me all the silverware :)

it takes longer when they “help” but it teaches good values, and I will be thankful I taught them to help when they are big! great post!

    • It does take longer, but is so worth it. Every so often I need to just get things done, but I try to keep that to a minimum. It is so much more fun when they help, and it is a good way to remember to slow down and enjoy.

  2. Children like to help their parents and it makes them feel valued to spend time with their parents. Time is one of the most important gifts we can give our children.
